Lemon Skunk

Average rating: 3.9 (8× ratings)

Taking a closer look at the name Lemon Skunk you will probably already guess which varieties were used to create this highly aromatic and very potent weed - and indeed, the parents are Skunk and Citral. The high of this variety is a shrewd one, it starts in your eyes and before you know it you are in a state of fearless euphoria. A few minutes later the high flows down into the body and enhances the experience with a sweet body relaxation and a calming effect. This is just the right stuff to unwind after a hard day - or for treating anxiety, depression, arthritis and chronic pain.
Lemon Skunk is a branchy plant and performs very good in a ScrOG setup and responds well to LST (Low Stress Training). Outdoors the plants are ready at the end of September. The buds of Lemon Skunk are candle-shaped, riddled with a lot of orange stigmas and covered in so many resin glands, one could think they have been rolled in granulated sugar. The smell during the growth is citrusy with an undertone of Skunk. After curing the buds have an aroma of citrus, oranges and a touch of Skunk. The smoke of these buds is very similar to the smell, but more lemony and with a more pronounced Skunk note on the exhale.
