Cali Gangsta Kush was created by crossbreeding Grand Master Kush (Super Hindu Kush x Master Skunk) with a Purple Afghani, creating Purple Master Kush. This was further crossbred with an award-winning indica LA Confidential (O.G. LA Affie x Afghani) and stabilized. So Cali Gangsta Kush is a true indica-dominant strain of Californian origin. There are little variations between the phenotypes; one has more sativa characteristics. It is a small plant with a great flower-to-leaf ratio and short internodes and a nice floral peppermint aroma with hints of grape. It is a small plant but packed with very potent and compact buds with a sweet floral/peppery aroma with grape aftertaste. Cali Gangsta Kush will get a nice purple/blue tone over its leaves and buds making it a real nice specimen to look at.
