Opium®
Opium is a straight down the middle mix of sativa and indica that has earned multiple awards. This plant comes with a superb flavor, fragrant and fruity, with a creamy aftertaste. This versatile grows strong, with a thick stem and bushy side branches which produce big and heavy buds that are frosted over with trichomes. Indoors, Opium works particularly well in grow set-ups using a hydroponic system. Being adaptable, it will perform well as a multibranch plant and its receptiveness to training also makes it a great performer in a SOG/SCROG set-up. Outdoors, it will respond to plenty of warm sunshine and in more Mediterranean climates some specimens develop into bushes of epic proportions. Not the best recommendation for more moderate regions where its big buds may invite mold. Suitable for outside growing between 50° N and 50° S, Opium will finish in early October outdoors (N. lat.) and be ready to harvest between 8–9 weeks indoors.
