Kandahar
Nowadays, the southern region of Afghanistan is unfortunately usually mentioned in the context of the ongoing war. In the cannabis culture, however, Kandahar is more often referred to as the birthplace of Indica. This centuries old history of the relationship between man and nature, allowed the local cannabis plants to develop into what could be called an ideal Indica.
Trying to get the most of it, modern breeders in Amsterdam began crossing the Afghani strains with growers' favourites. The Ministry of Cannabis' Kandahar is a result of one of the more successful crossings, one with another all time classic: Skunk.
The plant in question will yield just below half a kilo per square meters if grown indoor. Though it stays rather bushy and compact, reaching medium height, it creates multiple branches, perfect for different growing techniques. After 8 to 9 weeks from altering fotoperiod, you can expect harvest that will possess your scences with its oriental touch.
