Wellness, Intoxication, and the Legalization of Cannabis

This talk will challenge the prevailing view that cannabis is an intoxicant, will redefine cannabis as a wellness product, and will explain how it's categorization as an intoxicant maintains prohibition. The talk will end with a call to build an international cannabis reform movement to develop and deploy strategies across national boundaries-- until the last cannabis prisoner walks out of their cell, no matter where in the world they are.
